Massachusetts
is the least transparent state in the USA. Massachusetts is the ONLY STATE where representatives do not have to tell their constituents how they vote on ANY issue or bill. Massachusetts is also the only state where the legislative body has exempted itself from public records requests. Without transparency there can be no accountability and without accountability we may never have the changes our Commonwealth needs.
